Libellule (Dragonfly) Cottage is a recently converted 2 bedroom barn in Liboulas, a quiet hamlet overlooking the Gironde estuary, near the historic village of Talmont sur Gironde and just 5 miles from the nearest beaches at Meschers. The cottage shares the use of a large orchard garden with the owners' house next door.
If you have young children, you'll find the 5 sheltered beaches at nearby Meschers ideal for your summer holiday. For older children, the long sandy beach at St Georges de Didonne (just fifteen minutes away) provides loads of waterports.
Libellule is also a great base for out-of-season breaks. If you are a nature-lover, the birdlife and botany of the Gironde estuary is right at your door.
